I have been growing Garlic chives in my garden for 4-5 years, much less than the Chinese, who have been growing and using this wonderful herb in their gardens for more than 3,000 years.
Used in asian cooking , stirfry, soups, meat and seafood recipes. I also like to chop this up and add it to baked potatoes. It has more of a garlic taste than your normal chives.
